What is our return policy?

We strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.

Time Frame: You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, items returned after this period will not be accepted. *Warranty claims excluded.
Condition: All items must be new and unused, with the original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Customised or personalised products
- Intimates such as socks, undergarments, etc.

Send Us Pictures: If you can’t make it to the store, send us clear pictures of your lawn bowls, including the model and date stamps. This will help us assess their condition and value. Get a Quote: Once we receive your information, we’ll provide you with a fair quote for your second-hand lawn bowls.
