Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your bowls gear! If you’re not rolling with joy, here’s how to make it right:
Eligibility:
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Just ensure they’re unused and in their original packaging—no “bowl-ing” around!
Return Process:
1. Email Us: Email us at hello@wicklowbowls.com.au for a return authorisation.
2. Package Your Item: Securely pack your gear with the original receipt and tags.
3. Ship It Back: Send your return to our address.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund for the original purchase price of the goods you purchased within 5-7 business days. Just remember, shipping costs are non-refundable—“We’re all about hitting the jack—no spare change here!”
Exchanges:
Want to exchange it for a different size or colour? Just let us know in your return request, and we’ll help you arrange it.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives with a defect, contact us within 14 days for a quick replacement or refund. We’ll make it right faster than you can say, “Jack!”
